Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day from our US fulfillment center. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on national holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): Tracked, US-only carrier delivery. Free on orders of $25 or more, $4.99 otherwise.
- Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee based on weight and destination.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders placed before 12:00 PM CST. Contact us prior to ordering for a quote.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders totaling $25 or more after discounts. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout and ships via our standard carrier.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking typically begins updating within 24 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses. To be notified when this changes, please join our newsletter.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate, and a replacement or refund will be issued promptly when applicable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be refunded for the product only, less any return-shipping fees charged by the carrier.
