How fast do you ship?+

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day typically ship the same day. Most US customers receive their package within 2–5 business days via tracked carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?+

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $25 or more. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Can I order wholesale or for my barn?+

Absolutely. Our 12-pack and 24-pack boxes are priced for wholesale buyers, boarding facilities, and 4-H groups. For larger orders or custom quantities, contact us directly.

What is the shelf life of Ivermectin paste?+

Stored in a cool, dry place (15–30°C / 59–86°F), our 1.87% apple-flavored paste typically remains effective for 24+ months from manufacture. Each tube is dated.

How do I dose my horse?+

Our 6.08 g syringe is calibrated to treat horses up to 1,250 lb in a single dose. The plunger has clear weight markings. Always consult your veterinarian for special cases.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

Yes, as long as we haven't shipped it yet. Email us at support@ozipco.us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before fulfillment.

What's your return policy?+

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently we ship within the continental United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
