Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be confident in every order. Unopened, sealed product in its original manufacturer packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility

  • Product must be unopened, sealed, and in resaleable condition.
  • Original lot codes and packaging must be intact.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Promotional, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible.

How to Start a Return

Email support@ozipco.us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will reply within one business day with an RMA number and the return shipping address. Please do not send products back without an RMA — packages without one may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, defective product). We recommend a tracked, insured carrier — we cannot refund product that is lost in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice — at no shipping cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no cost as long as it has not yet shipped. Email us within 2 hours of placing the order — we will do our best to catch it before the warehouse picks it.
